Intact can either work under a fixed-bid model, provided a very detailed technical specification is developed, or under a more flexible time &materials model, ideal for projects that may require frequent updates necessary to stay on the cutting edge in a competitive environment.

Fixed Price Engagement
This type of engagement is best suited to well-defined projects with detailed specifications that do not involve research. Because Intact bears the risk of overruns, these projects are quoted at a premium to our T&M hourly rate. Furthermore, fixed price engagements have fairly rigid schedules and don’t lend themselves to specification changes once development begins.

Time & Materials Engagement
Time and materials engagements are better suited for clients with an ongoing need for projects that cannot be estimated either because they are too large, are not well defined or involve development on the cutting edge. This type of the relationship is especially valued by our fast-growing customers who require the quick turnaround, flexibility and control that is inherent in this type of relationship.

Government Engagement
Intact offers the most complete GSA 70 schedule available with HP products and services. And, whether you choose to pay through the GSA contract or use your SmartPay card, you'll receive the same government rate.
